At MacIntyre, our customers are at the centre of everything we do.
Recently, we conducted a 'Customer First' project. This was a project in which we talked to our customers, staff and management to see what they thought about MacIntyre and made a number of improvements to our services.
As a result of this, we set up our customer care standards, which you can find in this section.
These standards set out what our customers can expect when they contact us. We also have a Customer Feedback Policy, which allows customers to let us know what they think of our service.
