What we have talked about

At our meetings we have talked about how we can make things better for our customers.  We also use the meetings to talk about what customers have said about us, making new policies and organising social events.

In April 2012 we talked about:

  • how to be green and save money in the home and a poster will be made to share with each scheme.

In January 2012  we spoke about:

  • what makes good Customer Service and a leaflet will be made to share with the tenants.

In October 2011 we spoke about:

  • reviewing the Local Service Standards questions that will be asked to tenants to ensure MacIntyre Housing Association is providing the services we say we are.

In July 2011 we spoke about:

  •  safeguarding issues and to make others aware on how to report.  A poster was created by the tenants to use in other properties with contact number. 

In April 2011 we spoke about:

  • emergencies in the home such as fires and how to report repairs. A new leaflet for tenants will be made using the ideas talked about at this meeting.

  • service standards such as tenancy management and gardening service.  We created a leaflet to explain what standard of service tenants should expect to receive from us.
