Keeping you safe

We think it is very important to keep our tenants safe.  Abuse of any kind should not be allowed and we will help both staff and tenants to report any incident.

Abuse can be:

• financial -  for example someone taking or using your money without your permission or withholding your money
• physical -  for example hurting you and causing an injury
• emotional -  for example pretending to be your friend in return for something or witholding attention
• psychological -  for example making you feel guilty about saying no or putting you down
• institutional -  for example not allowing you to make choices of your own.
