If something is broken, or does not work tell a member of staff or your Supported Housing Officer. Together you can get it mended.
Different types of repairs will get mended at different times. If it is not an emergency it may take a few days.
Emergency repairs are things like blocked toilet or sinks. One blocked toilet will not be an emergency if you can use another toilet in the building.
We are responsible for the heating in your home. This will be serviced every year. If you have a problem with your hot water or heating. Please contact Sun Realm on 0800 9020302.
We are also responsible for fire alarms and equipment.
We will pay for repairs to your home but if you break something by accident or on purpose you will have to pay for it yourself.
